Bending speed can be adjusted freely from 1.5 seconds every
300 m/m to 5 seconds/ 300m/m.
Bending diameter can be adjusted freely from ¢ 250m/m to
¢ 2,000m/m. As to the special requirements (smaller than
¢ 250m/m or bigger than ¢ 2,000m/m), we can design
the special-purpose machine for customer only.
Roundness tolerance is 
1.0 m/m between the first circle & the last
circle of finished products.
Flatness tolerance is
1.0 m/m too.
The machine is equipped with a micro-adjustment device
for adjusting the diameter.
The machine is suitable for various metal pipes with different
material & shapes. |
